Dismiss And Jail ACP Ibrahim Abubakar Now: A Press Release By Netzit Patriotic Front 24 September 2016

Image
After the 2nd August attack on about four communities in Godogodo Chiefdom, we heard that the Superintendent of police James Ashafa who managed to repel the satanic fulani forces against innocent Godogodo victims was severely reprimanded by his boss, the Area Commander Assistant Commissioner of Police Ibrahim Abubakar. This rumour came to us like a script straight out of a horror movie, because it sounded too absurd to be true. It was unheard of that a police officer would be reprimanded instead of decorated, for bravely repelling a band of armed fulani murderers. Eventually, another rumour claiming the ACP was bribed with 2 million naira by the fulanis to allow them free access into decimating the Godogodo people came too. The second rumour validates the first rumour, because it explains why SP Ashafa was reprimanded. It explains why the killings continued even after the fulanis were purportedly repelled by the police and soldiers deployed. It explains why soldiers' pres

PDP CHIEFTAIN WARN BUHARI AGAINST SELLING OF THE NATIONS COMMONWEALTH

Image
PDP Chieftain and former member of the Senate Ahmed Makarfi-led Caretaker Committee, Barr. Kabir Usman, Friday, warned against such moves to sell off the nation’s valuable national assets. Barr. Kabir however stressed the urgent need for President Buhari to quickly redirect and re-engineer his government by dissolving and re-constituting a new cabinet. The call came as a result of the federal government decision to sell the valuable national assets such as NNPC, NPA and NLNG. Barr Usman said that selling these assets will result to sending the Nation back to colonial Master's era. He blamed the economic downturn on the lackluster decision of the present administration. According to the former caretaker committee member, the already approved sale of national assets is an admittance of failure on the part of the administration of Muhammadu Buhari and against the social contract the APC entered with Nigerians during its campaign ahead of the 2015 general elections which sold a a

MALARIA VACCINE DEVELOPED BY AHMADU BELLO UNIVERSITY PROFESSOR

Image
A new malaria vaccine is developed by an Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (ABU) professor from the department of Biochemical Parasitology. He added that the vaccine will soon be in use in Nigeria. Prof. Nasiru Shua'ibu said the new malaria vaccine is different from other malaria vaccines currently in use. The research is carried out by him in the Institute of Tropical Medicine, Japan, where he is currently working. “In a simple term that a layman can understand, the content of this malaria vaccine research is difficult, but let me try if I could simplify it, it is called DNA Vaccine. “It is a new technology for discovery and delivery of vaccine against any infectious disease that was developed in the early to mid 1990s. “The DNA of the malaria parasite was extracted and the portion of the DNA that is tested to be a good vaccine candidate is subjected to molecular biology methods which are used to produce a lot of the DNA,” Shu’aibu said. “Then a method of cloning

EL-RUFA'I & amp; KWOI TREMORS

Image
Kwoi the Headquarters of Jaba LGA of Kaduna State and two other villages were rocked with Tremors on Sunday 11th and early hours of Monday 12th September 2016. Information from the locals piqued; their wasn't live loss- only properties were destroyed. As big as that was, Mr. El-rufa'i only appealed for calm via his media man. And said relevant state and federal agencies had been dully informed of the Tremors. Monday and Tuesday went without the physical presence of Mr. El-rufa'i himself or any other state functionary. It was on Wednesday that Mr. Barnabas Yusuf Bala the Deputy Governor surfaced in Kwoi. I guess,Mr. Bala went on-behalf of Mr. El-rufa'i and the entire government of Kaduna State. Without demeaning the person and office of the Deputy Governor, I think, such a development ought to have the physical presence of Mr.El-rufa'i not Mr. Bala. While people were lamenting the unfortunate incidence, we kept seeing pictures of Mr. El-rufa'i in Daura

A COHABITATION MADE IN HELL!!!

By   ANDREW  AUGUSTINE  UMARU The early origin of Fulani herders is most fascinating, and deepened in mystery with widely divergent opinions. Many scholars believe that they are of Judaeo- Syrian origin. However it is generally recognised that Fulani descended from nomads from both North Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. They came from the middle east and north Africa and settled into central and west Africa from Senegal region they created the Tekruur Empire which was contemporary to the Ghana Empire then they spread in all the countries in West Africa. The Fulani were the first group of people in West Africa to convert to Islam through jihad, or holy wars and were able to take over much of West Africa and established themselves not only as religious group but also political and economic force. They are missionaries of Islam and continue to conquer much of West Africa. At the backdrop of this piece of history I conclude that the herders are not Nigerians and today we t

WHY SOUTHERN KADUNA OPPOSES GRAZING RESERVES

Image
BY  BOMBA DAUDA  Conflicts over land resources have assumed very dangerous dimensions. These conflicts are triggered, partly by competition over depleted and scarce resources as a result of bourgeoning population growth rate and the impact of climate change/global warming and the ensuing effects: desertification and drought. Many communities in the West African sub-region have grown increasingly into desert wastelands, which pushes the rate of internal and trans-border migration by pastoralists to very favourable climates and dense foliage-endowed communities in the Middle-Belt and the Southern parts of Nigeria for grazing to be more frequent. The constant clashes between farmers and the nomadic pastoralists are largely caused by incursion into unauthorized grazing lands such as farms by avaricious herders. Though, the situation in Southern Kaduna offers a different scenario, it is not farmers versus herders clash or inter-tribal conflict as it is in other climes but,
